- If you need to cancel your 15-minute consultation, you can do so at any time. We appreciate prior notice if you're unable to make your scheduled time.

1-Hour Consultation:

- 1-hour consultations must be scheduled within our available hours.
- To confirm a 1-hour consultation, payment must be completed in advance.
- After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email or text with your appointment details.
- If you need to cancel a 1-hour consultation, we offer a full refund if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- For same-day cancellations of 1-hour consultations, we retain half of the payment and refund the remaining amount.
